MOLITOR is a multicentric, multinational observational study of biomarkers in acute decompensated heart failure.
Diagnostic and therapeutic management of acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is a challenge in clinical practice. The study aims to quantify and investigate the concentration on new biomarkers such as MR-pro ANP and MR-pro ADM, Copeptin, NT-pro BNP and CT-pro ET1 in this patient collective.
In clinical follow-up after ADHF the patients are reexamined and the biomarkers are reassessed to evaluate patient health and therapeutic efficacy.
