SCIRENT has obtained necessary approvals from Medicines and Medical Devices Agency of Serbia (ALIMS) and ethical committees to begin the KYMA trail.
“Cardiovascular diagnosis using a novel RF based tool” is a prospective, multi-center, non-randomized, pilot trial with the goal to explore Kyma’s µCor system in post-discharge chronic heart failure patients. This system is designed to allow physicians to manage patients with chronic illnesses, by monitoring fluid trends, ECG, heart rate, respiration rate and posture and activity level. When it detects a change in patients’ condition, it automatically creates a notification. In this way, patients can be kept out of the hospital and their condition can be followed from a distance.
